About the Halloween Free Prize Draw Competition

We’re running a Halloween free prize draw, exclusive to all our Rewards members that sign up to our loyalty programme by 26th October 2018. Look at how to enter below with details of prizes you could win by just opening an e-mail from us on 31st October 2018 if you dare!

Deadlines

• Competition closes for entries on Wednesday 31st October 2018
• Two winners will be drawn at random on Monday 5th November, contacted by email or telephone to confirm prize choice and delivery arranged

Method of Entry

To enter our free prize draw or win your treat, all you need to do is:

STEP 1: Become a member of our Rewards programme by 26th October. Sign up today if you dare! https://www.hsdrewards.co.uk/
STEP 2: You will then be sent an e-mail from Henry Schein Dental on Halloween 31st October (this prize will only be valid for this day)
STEP 3: Just open your Halloween email from us on the 31st October and see what’s behind your scratch card – scratch to reveal the prize
STEP 4: You now have your treat! This will be automatically allocated to your Rewards account
STEP 5: By opening the e-mail you have been automatically entered into the free prize draw. Two winners will be notified by 5th November 2018

You’ll also be playing our Halloween scratch card with the following treats:

Specific Prize Terms

• The prize non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
