Henry Schein Dental scores a hat-trick at FMC Industry Awards

Henry Schein Dental are extremely proud to have been named the winner in three categories at the Industry Awards 2017. The awards, for Corporate Social Responsibility, Dental Industry Event of the Year, and Best Loyalty Scheme, demonstrate in three distinctive ways how Henry Schein Dental is making a positive impact on the dental world. To top off the evening, Software of Excellence, a Henry Schein company, bagged the award for Customer Service Provider for the second successive year.

Henry Schein Cares – Corporate Social Responsibility

Henry Schein is “helping health happen” through Henry Schein Cares, the company’s global corporate social responsibility programme. Henry Schein Cares stands on four pillars: engaging Team Schein Members to reach their potential, ensuring accountability by extending ethical business practices to all levels within Henry Schein, promoting environmental sustainability, and expanding access to health care for underserved and at-risk communities around the world. Henry’s Angels have been instrumental in driving a lot of the initiatives for Henry Schein Cares in the UK. Henry’s Angels mission statement is “Time is the most valuable commodity we can give and together we can make a big difference.” The angels support local fundraising campaigns as well as offering their time to other charities to support local projects. Digital Symposium – Dental Industry Event of the Year

Designed for all dental professionals wanting to expand their knowledge about how digital solutions can transform the treatment of restorative patients, this event has grown into the foremost digital event of the year. 2017 was the 6th Digital Symposium, which boasted an impressive line-up of clinical and technical speakers, and offered hands-on workshops, a live patient demonstration, and the chance to explore and see a full range of digital equipment. Excellent feedback for both the content and organisation of this event was uppermost in the awards entry and the recognition of being named Dental Industry Event of the Year makes Henry Schein determined to come back even stronger at the 2018 Digital Symposium on 27th-28th April. Best Customer Service Provider for Software of Excellence

A testament to their hard work the award was given in recognition of their newly launched Customer Success programme, which helps customers maximise business success.
